For orders within Germany, shipping is free for orders over 60€.
For shipping to other EU countries/regions, fixed shipping costs apply, which you can find in the list below.

Deliveries to PO boxes and packing stations are not possible.
Shipping to EU islands (e.g. Baltic Sea islands, Mallorca, Corsica) is not possible. Shipping to the following countries and regions is also excluded: Africa, Asia, Central America and the Caribbean, Middle East, North America, Oceania, Southeast Asia, South America, Russian Federation, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Vatican, Belarus, Cyprus

Delivery time and parcel tracking
Our logistics partner, GLS, DHL, UPS or DPD, is responsible for shipping within Germany. Shipping to other EU countries is handled by our logistics partner FedEx Express Germany GmbH.
Once your goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking number. You can also track the current status of your package at any time in your customer account.
Ready for dispatch immediately, delivery time 1-3 days. The delivery time for packages to an EU country is 2 - 10 working days. You can find out the exact day of delivery from the shipment tracking.
If payment is made via PayPal or advance payment, the delivery period begins on the next working day after receipt of payment.
When paying by credit card or direct bank transfer via our payment service provider, the delivery period begins when the payment order is placed, provided that this is made by 10:00 a.m. on a working day. If payment is made later, the delivery period begins on the following working day.
For deliveries within Germany, the delivery period ends at the end of the third day after the start of the delivery period, and for deliveries to another EU country, at the end of the tenth day. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
Transport damage
If your goods arrive with transport damage despite all care, please ask for a damage report upon delivery. If the damage is not obvious upon delivery, you can subsequently contact support@einsteintech.de with a damage report.
